Carolina Walicki has been in the fitness industry since 2005. Walicki is certified by the American Council of Exercise (ACE) for Personal training and by the National association for Fitness Certification (NAFC) and ACE for Group Fitness Instruction. Carolina also earned her Certificate at the Kane School of Pilates for Mat Pilates.
Walicki is a Master Trainer for the National Association of Fitness Certification and for POP Pilates.
Carolina has extensive experience teaching non-choreographed formats like HIIT, Bootcamp, Strength training, Interval training, step and spinning amongst others. Carolina regularly attends fitness conferences such as the Idea Fitness Convention and Zumba Convention as well as other educational opportunities to keep her abreast of the latest research and trends in the fitness industry. Additionally, Walicki holds several certification in a variety of fitness formats, including Zumba, (Kids, Aqua, Toning, Sentao and Gold), Turbo kick and Kickboxing. This wide breadth of experience and knowledge constantly informs how she trains clients and class participants alike.
Carolina began her fitness career While going to college, she fell in love with group fitness and decided to become certified while attending Massachusetts College of Art in Boston. She later went on to attend Boston University for her Master's degree in Fine Art. She was teaching spinning, boot camp, and hi lo during her graduate studies. In 2009 she moved to New York with her husband Bartek to pursue her art career. Shortly after her move it became evident that fitness had become a more enjoyable career path, and the way she was influencing people's life's on a daily basis became more meaningful and motivating as a whole.
Carolina, her husband and two kids, Eva and Mateo reside in Brooklyn.
